These general terms and conditions of sale represent the contractual stipulations that govern the relationships and obligations between the O XX XY GEN Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the Laboratory, the Seller) and any internet user (hereinafter referred to as the Client) who comes into contact with the Laboratory for the purpose of making online purchases through the website www.o-xx-xy-gen.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site), which is owned by the Laboratory and used to market its products remotely.
Products
The Site offers various products for sale:
Natural perfumes for personal use, home, and car fragrances, as well as eau de parfum for deodorizing toilets. These perfumes are made with natural essential oils and, rarely, synthetic ones if necessary (such as for animal notes, where synthetic molecules are used to protect animals).
Natural insect repellents.
Fragrance accessories like scarves.
Personalized or group training in the form of workshops.
1.1 Availability and Prices
Products are offered for sale as long as they are visible on the Site at the displayed price, including all taxes (no VAT) in euros and within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of certain products, the Site can provide more details on restocking times by contacting them via email at oxxxygen@proximus.be. The site reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, it commits to billing the goods at the prices indicated when the order is registered. Depending on the order amount, shipping costs may be free (see the ‘shipping costs’ section for details).

1.2 Product Use and Expiry Date
The Client must read the usage precautions systematically included with all shipments before using the products. The usage precautions are also accessible on the Site under the ‘ANNEXES’ link. The Laboratory declines all responsibility in case of an accident, injury, or any damage caused by non-compliance with the usage precautions or related to mixing products. The products sold by the Laboratory are very stable over time. A perfume continues to improve with time. Essential oils are soluble in alcohol, allowing them to be preserved for a long time. Essential oils deteriorate when exposed to light, heat, and air. This is part of the usage precautions; the Client must ensure that the perfumes are properly stored to prolong their use. If the Client is a distributor, the bottles will be kept away from light, heat, and air, in their original boxes. Tester bottles can be made available to the public to avoid altering the original bottles. No exchange or refund is possible outside the legal withdrawal period or in case of misuse of the product.

1.3 Compliance with European and Belgian Legislation
The products sold on the Site comply with the legislation and standards applicable in Belgium and the European Union. Clients outside Belgium must inform themselves about any prohibitions, taxes, and customs duties that will be their responsibility.

1.4 Conformity Guarantee
The Laboratory commits to selling its products free from any defects.

2. Online Purchase Process on Our Site
Browsing the Site
While browsing the Site, the Client learns about the products offered by the Laboratory and their characteristics. They can gradually select the products that interest them by adding them to the shopping cart without being committed to paying. If a product exists in multiple forms, for example, in 50ml and 100ml, the price will be displayed based on what the Client checks. At any time, it will be possible to modify the choice.
Creating a Cart
When the Client wishes to place an order, they must click on the shopping cart, which will list all the products they have added. They will then have the option to modify their product selection by deleting items, adding others, or changing quantities. It will be possible to add a message to the Laboratory, the Seller, before checking ‘pay’.
Choosing the Address and Shipping Method
The Client can enter the address where they wish to receive or send the products. If the billing address is different from the delivery address (by default), they will need to uncheck the box to enter the billing address. On the main page, the Client can view a summary of their order.
Choosing the Payment Method
The Client chooses from the payment methods accepted by the Site. Offline payment is entirely possible, and the account number is indicated on the order summary to facilitate the Client’s payment. Once the amount is received by the Seller, the product will be delivered. For fast delivery, payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card is possible and fully secured.
Acceptance of the Terms of Sale and Order Validation
The Client reads the terms of sale, which they declare to have read and accepted by checking the appropriate box and validates the order by clicking on ‘validation’.
Order Summary
A page displaying the summary allows the Client to view their order.
Order Payment
The Client then proceeds to pay the total displayed price using the payment method they have chosen.

3. Gift Box
Gift Box
The Client has the option to purchase a gift box that they can offer to the person of their choice. Depending on the chosen formula (personalized bottle, personalized bottle and tester kit, eternal bottle, VIP bottle, privileged bottle), see the ‘PRODUCTS’ section, the Client will place their order. The gift box will be nominative, indivisible, and valid for one year from the date of issue. When ordering, it will be possible to add the address of the person to whom the Client wishes to send the gift box, and in the ‘message to the seller’ section, it will be possible to add what the Client wants to convey to the gift recipient.
Sponsorship – VIP Bottle
The Client, concerned about helping the development of the Laboratory, can, through the ‘VIP bottle’ formula, support the company’s future activities (see the ‘PRODUCTS’ section).
Company – Privileged Client Bottle
Through the ‘contact’ section, the Client can request a quote. It will be the Client’s responsibility to deliver the bottles to their own customers and to respect the usage precaution conditions. The Client will benefit from a privileged rate based on the volumes ordered

4. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods on the Site
The client can pay for their order using the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, or by national or international bank transfer.
Securing Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments are made through a fully secure payment space provided by the Wirecard group. The Seller certifies that they have no access to your banking data and guarantees its security.
Bank Transfer Payment
The bank transfer must be made to the BNP Paribas Fortis bank account as follows:
Recipient: Labo O XX XY GEN
IBAN: BE32 0017 8350 0402 BIC (Bank Identifier Code): GEBABEBB
Previous Payment Issues
The Site reserves the right to cancel any order from a Client with whom there is an ongoing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
Retention of Ownership
The products ordered by the Client remain the property of the Laboratory until full payment of the order amount.
5. Order Processing and Delivery
Order Preparation
The order is prepared and shipped within 48 hours following its complete validation (Monday to Friday) or at the latest 2 days after receiving the order when it was placed on a public holiday.
The Client will be notified by email if any difficulties prevent the preparation of their order.
The Client will be informed that their order will be delayed in case of the Laboratory’s closure due to holidays or events delaying delivery (e.g., unavailability of certain product components). All orders are sent in recycled or recyclable packaging.
Delivery Methods, Times, and Costs
Delivery is made by post, depending on the weight, quantity, and size of the ordered products. The corresponding delivery cost is displayed before order validation.
For International Shipments:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight and the size of the items. They are automatically displayed on our site before order validation. See the conditions for free shipping in the following section based on the total order amount.
The Client must have a standard-compliant mailbox to avoid loss, theft, or damage to small packages.
Delivery of Orders Paid by Bank Transfer
Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped upon receipt of the transfer to the bank account provided to the Client. The Client agrees to make the payment within a reasonable time. Failure to receive payment within 10 days from the online order validation will result in its cancellation
Special Conditions for Free Shipping
Free shipping is valid for the following amounts and countries:
From €75.00 for orders in Belgium.
From €90.00 for orders in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the Principality of Monaco, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, and Portugal.

If the Client notices that their order amount does not account for free shipping when they are entitled to it, they are requested to contact the Laboratory via the ‘contact’ section of the Site so that their order can be handled manually.
Delivery Tracking
When the order is shipped, the Client receives an email notifying them that their order is in the delivery phase.
Delivery Location
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Client when placing the order. The Laboratory declines all responsibility for incorrect delivery due to an error made by the Client when entering the order. Any reshipment of an order due to such an error will be at the Client’s expense. However, if the order has not yet been shipped, the Client can contact the Laboratory in writing via email at oxxxygen@proximus.be as soon as possible to correct the entry errors.
Delivery Delay
In case of delivery delay, the Client must check with the nearest post office to the delivery address if the package is held or lost. If necessary, they should report it by sending an email to the Seller.
Receipt and Verification of the Package
Upon receiving the order, the Client must examine the external appearance of the package and its contents. If the package appears to have been repackaged by the carrier (strapping, adhesive tape, etc.) or if it seems deformed, damaged, wet, or shows signs of impact or liquid, the Client has the option to refuse the package by not signing the delivery note and mentioning “damaged package”. If the Client is prevented by the delivery person from checking the condition and contents of the package, they have the right to refuse it. For the same reasons, if the Client did not receive the package in person and it is damaged, they must take it to the nearest post office to the delivery address to express their reservations and complaints. In any case, the Client must contact the Laboratory to inform them within 24 hours of receiving the package.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Period
The Client has a period of fourteen (14) days during which they can decide to withdraw from their commitment with the Seller. This period starts from the receipt of the order. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty.
Notification of the Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
The Client must inform the Laboratory by email of the exercise of their right of withdrawal and agrees to return the products within the legal period. In case of a dispute, the Client must provide any document proving that they have respected the deadlines for exercising their right.
Return of Products
The Client must return the goods using the same delivery method with which they received their order, ensuring that the products are well packaged and protected. The Client must ensure that the order for which they are withdrawing is returned complete. The Client is required to take all necessary precautions and make every effort to return the products in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
Refund Terms
The Laboratory agrees to refund the Client who has exercised their right of withdrawal within the deadlines. The refund is made within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the products by crediting the order amount to the bank account used for payment.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The Client cannot exercise their right of withdrawal if the products have been soiled, dirtied, damaged, and the condition of the products has jeopardized the integrity of the content and prevents its repackaging for resale.

7. Intellectual Property
The Client agrees not to infringe, in any way, the intellectual property rights held by the Laboratory and affixed to its products. Any counterfeiting or unfair competition will be subject to legal action.

8. Force Majeure
The Laboratory cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or improper performance of its obligations when this is due to a case of force majeure such as a natural disaster, strike, computer hacking, or any event beyond the Seller’s control and unforeseeable. In such circumstances, the Laboratory agrees to contact the Client as soon as possible to agree on the conditions under which the contract can be continued.

9. Protection of Personal Data
The personal information collected by the site is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders as well as for the establishment of invoices. The Site undertakes to keep this information strictly confidential and not to transmit it to third parties.
The Client has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete their data stored on the Site. If the Client has chosen, when creating or consulting their account, to receive offers from our company, they can request at any time by electronic means to no longer receive them.

10. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
The execution, interpretation, and resolution of the contract are subject to the application of Belgian law. The Client agrees to submit any disputes with the Laboratory to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts. The Client and the Seller agree to prioritize amicable negotiation before resorting to the competent courts.

11. Severability of Clauses
If one or more of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable under any law, regulation, or court decision, the other provisions will remain valid and retain their full effect.
